Announcement of Doctoral Dissertation Defense (DSc)

The defense of the doctoral dissertation (DSc) in Physical and Mathematical Sciences by Ibrokhim Bayramdurdiyevich Sapayev will take place.

The dissertation entitled “Comprehensive physico-chemical analysis of the temperature-dependent properties of the pSi/n-CdS geterojunction” is submitted for the specialty 02.00.04 – Physical Chemistry.

The defense will be held at the meeting of the Scientific Council DSc.03/06.11.2025.K/FM.10.09 for awarding scientific degrees at the Institute of Fundamental and Applied Research of the National Research University “TIIAME”.
