Dr. Jamoliddin Razzokov, Director of our Institute, will embark on a scientific visit to Abo
Akademi University in Finland from March 23 to April 20, upon the invitation of Professor
Outi-Salo Ahen. As the principal investigator of the applied project "Development of In
Silico Mutational Models of Human and Animal Pathological Conditions and Diseases" at the
Center for Advanced Technologies, Dr. Razzokov has fostered close collaboration with Abo
Akademi scientists, Dr. Phartiban Marimuthu and Prof. Outi Salo-Ahen. 🧪 Their partnership
has already yielded over 7 joint publications in prestigious journals. 📚
During this visit, Dr. Razzokov will focus on studying drug repurposing techniques to
predict effective treatments for cancer and neurological diseases like Parkinson’s,
Alzheimer’s, and Huntington’s. 💊 All expenses are covered by his applied grant.
